Hello friends,

Social media truly rules my world any more. It's a way for me to stay in contact with friends across state lines, promote my business, and meet new friends online (that's my favorite!!). I'm obsessed with sheer fabrics lately

Hello friends, 

As you all well know, I'm a sunshine loving, patchwork wearing, oldies singing hippie at heart. But, I love me a good goth outfit any day of the week, any time of the year. There's something about throwing on all black, and some thick, messy eyeliner that is just so fun! 

Today, I've gathered several amazing inspirational goth looks that I just love. So give into your other side, and enter the darkness. Try this the next time you go out for a girls' night, or a sweet movie night out with your dude!  Not quite sure if you can rock a whole goth look?? Why not try a sick pair of round black shades, or a dope crystal ring for a festival? Choose tid bits to mix into your wardrobe to give that dark vibe.

::Random Post:: Welcome to My Channel

Hello friends,

Youtube is on fire as of lately! People are taking to the web, and taking back their media, and creating a new generation of entertainment. I figured I'd get in on it too! I started my Youtube channel not too long ago, and I've got a few videos up as of now. There's a bunch of new content in the works as well, and throughout the summer months, there's going to be sooooooo much more fun stuff to look out for!!! So far, I've got 3 markets lined up to sell at, including the WYEP Summer Music Festival this June.

But, today I've gathered 3 of my latest videos to share with you. First is a field test of David and I trying to film for one of the very first times in the car....we didn't have the right equipment and it turned out to be pretty funny. The second and third videos are a coffee blog kind of introducing the channel, giving a little update on things, and a short tutorial on 4 simple ways to wear your dreads.

The Juke Box: Willam Belli

Hello friends,

Today's Juke Box is extra special. It's one of my favorite songs, and it's so fun!! WARNING!! This is not a song for kids, and those with homosexual sensitivities. I AM A GAY RIGHTS ADVOCATE. I love the gays, and I feel like they're gifts from above, honestly. Have you ever met a more vibrant, talented, loving, and open group of people? NO! And, my favorite subculture are the cross dressers, and transsexuals. Drag Queens are my idols, and Willam Belli is god.

Today's song, 'Boy is a Bottom' is going to get stuck in your head. It's a parody of "Girl on Fire", and it's so much better. Bryan hates this song thou, only because David and I play it every single time we're together....then proceed to sing it at the top of our lungs all the way to the end. I'm obsessed. So I figured today I would grant you with both the English and Spanish versions of the song. Both of which are hysterically brilliant and catchy! Enjoy!!!

Pinterest is where most women go to plan imaginary weddings, decorate homes they can never afford, and dress babies they haven't had yet. Pinterest is where I go to find new art, patterns for pretty dresses and advice on blogging. It's actually a really great community to discover new artists and expand my knowledge of many of my crafts. Today, I've gathered another handful of amazing art to share with you. Friday Favorites no. 5

This cozy looking boho home

Hello friends, 

This week has been full of art, friends, drinks, and loud music! I've gotten to share some pretty sweet moments with my friends, and am really starting to kick off the season right. I'll be posting more about this week's happenings later on. I've also been doing a lot of thinking this week on the subjects of human connection, the power of simple gestures, and how to enrich our lives through simple tasks. Bryan and I have been talking a bunch about organization this week. I hope to document our adventures in re-purposing our lives, and adding in a little structure. Structure....the one thing in life hippies just hate. But, I'm getting older and realizing that it's a necessary evil if you want to thrive. And, right now, that's an evil I need to face. 

There's a few great pieces in this post of organizational inspiration, and a few just for fun pieces!
